Months 1–3
You receive 100% of the venue's subscription payment. We waive our share so you can fund your own onboarding and acquisition.
Month 4 onwards
20% of the venue's monthly subscription is paid to you, every month, for the lifetime of the customer.
How long it lasts
Until the venue cancels or stops paying — or until our affiliate partnership ends. Whichever comes first.
How you get paid
Monthly payout in arrears via bank transfer. We send you a statement with the line items so you can reconcile easily.

Who can become an affiliate?
Anyone with access to hospitality, beauty, fitness, health, or accommodation businesses. Agencies, consultants, content creators, integrators, sales reps — if you can introduce us, we can pay you.
When does my 20% start?
After the venue's third paid month. From month four onwards, 20% of every monthly subscription is yours for as long as they remain a customer.
Is there a cap or expiry?
No. There is no cap on referrals, no commission ceiling, and no time limit. The 20% lifetime share runs until the customer cancels.
What if the customer cancels?
Commission stops when they stop paying. If they ever return, the lifetime share resumes — we keep your attribution on file.
Do you provide marketing materials?
Yes. Once approved you receive a tracked referral link, branded one-pagers, social assets, demo videos, and a contact at Veno App to help close deals.
Can the partnership end?
Either party can end the affiliate partnership at any time. Commissions stop from the effective end date for that affiliate's referrals.
